Those responses come from the asswholes who make over $500,000 and expect the $15 hr associates do all the work .....you guys s— donkey balls.
I am proud that the generous salaries awarded to a few are finally being restructured. This needed to happen years ago. Especially the CEO pay. Hopefully, the Corporate Jet is parked as well.
Everyone at the director level and above took at least a 15% decrease in pay a week ago. CEO is taking Zero pay and the $500k leaders you speak of lost 50% of their pay effective immediately. 50%....do you understand that...half of their salary gone over a conference call. Also lost bonuses worth up to 45% of their salary and other benefits to continue to NOT cut middle/entry level management or hourly colleagues. Took all these cuts with a sense of pride and purpose and haven’t spoken to a single peer that took the cut that didn’t understand. All have said, “ it’s what’s necessary and anything we can do to prevent laying people off and most importantly impacting our hourly population.” Get your facts rights...I understand everyone is scared but if you really knew what was going on behind the scenes you would be proud of your company
