The company announced on 3.19 that they would be providing disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and other cleaning supplies. Its 3.28 and I have not received anything yet. The company also told newspapers that sales reps we are getting $150 "appreciation pay"(hazard pay) but it's only $125. What a bunch of snakes!

Don’t let your management team bully you! You have resources! The ones within the company are a joke, skippy and the rest of the clowns in costa Rico don’t care, but the EEOC is open for business! You don’t need an attorney, you can fill out the paperwork yourself! With their discriminatory practices so blatant.....this is your best option!! Put them on warning that their business practices are not welcome! That’s what the EEOC is for! Doesn’t mean your suing them, just that you are sending them a clear warning that they cannot behave like animals! Their business theory of “we treat everyone equally badly” isn’t something to be proud of! How about flipping that to”we treat everyone equally good”! What good companies aspire to!!

Life is SO much better on the other side! Gloves, masks, hand sanitizer three weeks ago! Flexible work schedules! Daily emails from senior management since week one! And of course pay incentives second to none payable immediately....not in May! When are your bills due?
My ❤️ goes out to all the people that are literally abused by being given work schedules that are so absurd! 16 hours in the field so the RMS doesn’t have to work outside her home? Really? 16 hours is a surety of contracting Covid 19!
