Just 3 weeks ago you were so happy to write employees up for not using Plan It, not following par levels, not completing OYI, not completing FST, not cleaning thoroughly, not getting upgrades/credits, not following specs, not following layouts... you claimed to be all about sticking to the process.
And then America went into a panic and you managers... so called leaders, threw out the playbook and went against every standard you demanded of the employees, even if it costed them their jobs.
And for those of you who work in clubs who have no standards, know that I'm not talking to you. Your managers are so undeserving that to call them to task would be a waste of my time.
But for the rest of you all. You hypocrites, when the local and national governments allow the public to come out again, you should step down. You have deviated and made yourselves guilty of what you accuse your own Associates of doing and unlike those in home office, you have NO policy to defend your actions. You have no right to call yourself a Manager or a leader, to masquerade in a position of authority when push came to shove, you crumbled under pressure and your Associates bore witness to your cowardice and weak leadership.
You know who you are.
