Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Close club to sanitize!!!

My club have 7 confirm cases of COV-19, not once did a manager nor club manager held a meeting to discuss further action of safety with the public still entering the club. All 7 associates I dialogue with and stated their well being. EOC was contacted and only cleaned one department when those associates works throughout the club, so sad that you have to work with counterparts that don’t give a damn about nothing but a salary.. Haven’t been back since those confirm cases THEY CAN KEEP THAT JOB AND THEM $300.

8226 also has one case, not closing, even after our GM said that if we had a case we would close down for two weeks. They haven't told us anything, said that it was against HIPA to tell us who had it, what shift they worked on or what department.

8285 has 2 cases. They are trying to hide it. The club is filthy so I’m sure more cases will come. The members and the associates have the right to know. At least clean the club!

@awo I keep hearing people quote how many other people die from this or that. Well here you go. Try lumping those deaths in 1-2 months. That is a problem that our medical facilities can't handle. Wake up and look at what's really going on.

The sky is falling....open your eyes...if the virus was truly a major threat the government would make even Walmart shut its doors....yes the virus is real and SOME folks will die from it...BUT..over all very very few...quit being babies and go to work ...be glad you still have jobs..don't get me wrong I detest the company too but I can see the panic over the virus is pure fantasy...save for a few poor souls who will succomb to it's grip..but no more than the common flu which you folks pay little attention to...

They’ll close if no one comes to work. I won’t die for a job.

The only states where walmart MIGHT get forced to closed is california/new york, and it will probably be illegal/get knocked down by the courts super fast, since walmart basically owns the government.

Just FYI, internal memos have indicated that they will NOT close the store down due to CONFIRMED covid19 cases. Stores will stay open pretty much no matter what.
