All of the sudden today I heard someone saw that their schedule was blanked when They were using sick pay and pto to make up the rest of the 40 hours to get pay and then when I went to pto history it shows it was cancelled same with what They wanted to use next week

RELIABILITY ... on Insight all Reliability info has been deleted .... We are being asked to sign off, acknowledge, confirm our current Reliability Percentage

They cancel any PTO that was previously approved. Try calling HR. They are now calling it the Colleague Support Center. 1-800-234-6229. It is only open Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. They have to put the PTO in for you. But when I called, I had to wait on hold for almost an hour.
One of the days I had was canceled, just checked.
No one can use PTO. If they lay you off you have to pay it back.
They are strapped for cash. My guess they will tell you to get unemployment
