Let me preface this by saying that you're naive if you think Macy's doesn't read these.
A few weeks ago some people posted complaining that managers still had to go into the stores and work. Fast forward and now just about everyone including sales managers, MTM's, is furloughed and no one has to go in and everyone is filing for unemployment! Yay!
So again I say be careful what you wish for.

The ships sinking. Get in the life rafts and start padding. And don’t go to another box box store either
I can assure you Macy’s didn’t read these comments and go “let’s lay off everyone, it’s what they want”.
It was going to happen regardless. Macy’s isn’t an essential store and we were already having issues with funds.
