What's our current severance pay?

Look it up in the policy/handbook. It's there. Typically 2 weeks per year of service. Then 3 weeks if over 20 or 25 years of service. All of it is not to exceed 1 year.
+ unused sick and vacation days
It is still 3 weeks per year after 20 years service, with the cap you noted.
I thought it was higher after 20 years of service. 3 weeks per year of employment capped at 18 mos. Does anyone know if this is true? I wasn't able to this detail in the BS employee handbook.
It's been 4 years now, but I received 2 weeks for each year I'd worked there. 8 years equaled about 4 months severance.
I got a mug with BofA printed on it.
