My file is pending still... how can I change from reduced hours to furlough/no hours??
There is not option on the website for this and I can get through to anyone? Please help

Wait until you receive a claim determination notice from your state. It will probably ask if the information you submitted is correct. Then see if you can change it.
I don’t think you can change your status until next week since this week is still a reduced hours week. I’m having the same issue.
Go to Macy's Corona-virus Impact sight. They just released a PDF re filling out unemployment
Try using google and search for the answer to your question.use your state and maybe you will get the answer. Best of luck!
I tried.. I don’t see a spot to change this but there to change other personal info.. just not work status... plus it is still open but pending resolution.. ugh what a nightmare
Have you tried to login to your account? There should be a spot that lets you update your status. Maybe in your profile. What state did you file in? Hopefully you can resolve this.
