Has anyone been able to retrieve a mass layoff/furlough number from "HR Help" to file for unemployment? It seems as they are not caring to help their employees at all.

Think 25% company wide (All SBU's) layoffs to be processed over the remaining of the calendar year, an acceleration of the rooftop reduction.
HON could bot care less. Shed overhead and send you on your way.
Why would HR do that?
Its up to you to call or visit your states unemployment office. Every state has different criteria.
Don't be lazy
In florida it has been impossible to even get to the web site so many people are suddenly filing.
