Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Signed Merit Increase but only verbal Claw Back

My Merit Increase was approved and signed by me and my manager in HPD. Yet, the clawback of this Increase was communicated verbally through a phone call... nothing signed. Do I have a legal recourse to receive my pay increase as it is a signed document / agreement between HON and myself?

Depends on your state. Phx and florida. Nope.
They can adjust pay of salaried individuals without recourse down to 450 bucks a week or so.

Wait for the layoff package. Get a business plan in place and start working ideas while you wait. Furloughed? Excellent! Free medical while your work your real job.

Start a business in an area we actually need right now. Go invent and manufacturer bulk disenfection equipment for public spaces or cruise ships. Loans to start a small business will NEVER be cheaper.

To honeywell you are an unused and unneeded tool... time to clean the garage.
