c–tery company. Big D gets his glamor at the White House “let’s save the world and make more mask”. I am sure that it only benefits the company, it’s surely not the company being sympathetic. I wonder how much they are charging the government for those mask, you better believe it has to be 5-10 times more than what they go for. Big D is not going to do this out of his god given heart, haha. I am not going to step foot in one of those COVID breeding plants to make Honeywell money. These furloughs are just the beginning of the layoffs soon to come. Boeing has already started, Honeywell will be on board by the end of this month. Fortunately I am one that prepares financially for something like this. You start to adapt to that after the constant trend Honeywell has been on.

Like OP We prepared also, Started with our first weekly paycheck in the mid 70s and we are long retired now.
Excellent points... saw the Trump shill during the WH briefing yesterday. Blah blah blah... trump is the best yada yada yada. Mentioned Honeywell making masks. He didn't say the Honeywell mask will be made of inferior quality ie. straps falling off, improper fit and incorrect material used that actually creates an environment for the virus to thrive. Maybe that's the plan.... provide those to employees, keep them on the job, they get sick and no severance required.
