So worked for almost 20 years with Verizon and them moved to Infosys as part of the re-org. Thought I'd make a go of it and put in everything but the Indian manager who moved with us apparently didn't get the memo....Let's call him Vadlaman. Made my life hell as I didn't have the brown-nosing skill-set he was seeking in team-members and forced me to move teams. Now with the downturn, I'm being let go.

Hans job and leadership let it go cause they didn’t care , the goal was to mininize IT and they had the puppet leaders in place to do it. Screw it up or not who cares move the work to outsource .
So the two 🍌 s kept their job cause they are good puppets
What happened to being guaranteed 2 years? You were supposed to be guaranteed a job till Dec 2020 weren’t you?
Are they cutting you off the VZ project or letting you go as in unemployed? I haven’t heard of anyone fully let go yet but I know it will be coming. So far at least they have shuffled to other clients.
If it is who I think it is, that guy does absolutely nothing. Running joke
File a grievance.
They haven't let go of us as they have no other talent to do the job. They keep trying to throw bodies to do my job as I'm finally leaving but the folks they're bringing in are incompetent. Infy leadership are arrogant and clueless, a dangerous combo.
Why would Infosys want a 20 year Verizon veteran? The objective is cheap bodies.
I am actually surprised that more of those who were rebadged to Infosys have not been let go at this point.
