@ezw+14jp3g7D we had a few people at our store get that message, it made us wonder why exactly and why they put the April language in there as well..

We received a great response and have made our first round of selections for the temporary work assignments. While you weren’t selected for this first round of work assignments, we may need your assistance at a future time. We’ll be back in touch with you as soon as we identify additional redeployment opportunities. In the interim, rest assured that you will continue to receive 100% of your base pay plus IA in April.

If you volunteer to work at a store they'll pay you 30% more of your base for only the hours that you work. So the way it's looking the average rep would work one of the two days. Still get base salary and Target commission plus 30% more on the hours you work. there is indication that they'll be a waiver that you sign when you work in the store. work-from-home options won't be a 40-hour work week you'll still get paid 40 hours plus base commission. You'll be temporarily reassigned to a new supervisor.

They’re going to keep paying you and make you decide to be either customer service, telesales, finance department, business meetings (all above options work from home) or work at open store with extra pay
