In IT, reductions have already started; in my current area, the program is being cut 2 million plus dollars. Letting go of agency people first, then likely use Ford people to plug any holes (as some teams have more agency than others) - this is being done at the L4 level.

Could some Ford people end up getting cut? Of course, and I might be one of them.....but I don't think they will do that until the mess from the virus clears up, they will put people on furlough/reduced schedule first until they see what they can do/what needs to get done for the rest of the year and 2021, then make the determinations if some additional people need to go.

Don't understand this Plan B, C, D stuff.....plan D is always the standard response if they need to let Ford people go due to economic conditions. The policy around that has not changed yet, the severance package you get varies on years worked; very cut and dried.

Plan D and best of all mentioned. Srd'd - 9 mos severance 5 mos HC 24 month of unenjoyment after putting 2 years of retirement investments into cash.

Oh and the unenjoyment comes with $600 kicker from the Feds.

Good where I am at ;)
