Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

It’s all bread and roses here at Honeywell

Kind of sad that this is what corporate shows the public, but not what is happening at places like Aero as far as the furloughs and (soon to come) RIFs.

Other than blogs like this, does the public realize that some SBGs are being furloughed and pay increases withheld? Is there any reason this can’t be public? Asking for a friend(s)...

Seconded for @psv's statement. Plenty of journalists looking for juicy material.
If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?

Of course they will lay-off due to the large Aircraft companies like Boeing being impacted. Sadly only workers are effected not senior leadership. Honeywell for years has taken an anti employee longevity approach to keep stocks up. Great if your in the market and s—s if you want to keep your job.

Of course it can be public, go tell your local news. This is a free country.

That article makes me angry. It fails to talk about the 2015 off shoring of n95 mask production from Rhode island. "Non production worjers will be moved to the Smithfield...." now they are clamoring to have those displaced workers save the day. Despicable. Tell the whole story.

  1. 9% of the public think Honeywell is a baked ham company. Nobody cares or thinks twice unless it affects them directly.
