Wait til not everyone is brought back at the same level as when you were let go.......it’s an easy out for a business that wants to get rid of folks. FY will be PT and everyone will lose benefits. The bandaid had been ripped off.....the hard part is over. Weird.....union folk aren’t being furloughed at Disney......hmmm.

Disney's furloughed employees still have medical benefits.
While SeaWorld is important to the zoological area and all the animals rescued... the employees who do the work (and not the people who sit in corporate on their butts), need taken care of too. If a union were to destroy SeaWorld, then it should be destroyed.

Unionizing would destroy us with the shape we are in. For those constantly pushing for it. Go work somewhere else.
FYI DisneyLand is in negotiating with their Union on how to move forward because they will furlough union CM's. It's only a matter of time until all theme parks do this.
Did someone's feelings get hurt. The writing's on the wall. Standard business tactic - reorganize and restructure...lost positions and cutback on wages/benefits.
For those who are mission essential, don't expect a bonus for efforts during this crisis...attitude is be happy you have a job
