Done and over in California. No problems. Start collecting on the 14th.
Here in Florida they have certain places giving the application, find out, it's a special one for the crisis. You'll get paid , don't worry but speed it up. Also, I applied at 3:30am,it was perfect. You can download it if you can. If you need to apply and then you create a pin or simply put back your claim number . Good luck
Same for Georgia. While state requires the employer submit for the employee, there is still a need to login to website to create an acct. Trying at all hours of day and night and still not able to get through on the website.

Same in South Carolina. All the offices are closed, phones busy, nobody answers. Haven’t received a dime of unimployment yet, been 3 weeks.

It's the same in Florida.
Call NY unemployment office. you most likely need to give SSN, DOB, and some other PII to reset email / password
