No they are hiding. I had mine ask me why I am not on the floor more, I told him soon as i see him go to the floor i would too. Dont think his life is any more important than mine.

Same in market 25 certain GMs get away with only working half days they sneak out the back door
I haven't seen my GM take a day off since this started sometimes it only half days but he is here ever single day that I have seen and another coworker who workers my off days says she always see him too. He is really kicking butt. He usually focuses on Center he does resets works freight ECT in morning then conference calls meetings and whatever else manager stuff in late morning. Since this started I see him everywhere like I blink and there he is like he teleported I feel like I am dying from stress as a normal floor associate I don't know how the man does it.
One of our manager is missing in action for a mo the now. Then our GM is just standing in front of the entrance door in the morning counting members coming in and out with 3 to 4 associates with him. Hahaha “what a big clown” then after 12 noon there’s no where to find him. One of the manager is always in the recycling room with her favorite associates while yelling and being rude with other associates on the walkie cause they need help. I’m always wondering how and why the heck they gOt that job? We have 6 managers included GM but only 3 of them are really working,
In Maryland I heard none of the gms are never there especially laurel md
