Than any other board on this site. What does that day about NS? Or is it just the site? I'd say it's the fact NS employees are more abused and upset than any other workers in US

A little more elbow grease your a joke. You can go to work never mark off and bust your a–. Yet still get cut so the company can make a another million. Ether you are supervisor or you don't gag easy.
I would have to agree.....the management “team” hates the agreement team in all aspects....personally I have exceeded 40 years and yes it’s the worst ever.....I would need to say that as what used to be viewed as a valued employee no longer exists......they have these management ,kool aid drinking ,video making id–ts standing in front of cameras stating all of the health and safety effects they are providing to protect their employees when they are talking about front line management.......they are taunting the 30,000 gallons of hand sanitizer available and no one in the engineering groups have been provided a supply.NS can only haul material ,when it comes to taking care of the bottom feeders that make the day to day happen.....I’m sure you will get health and safety a month or so after the covid 19 has long passed
We all need to step up our game in this time of trouble for our company. A little more elbow grease and a little less complaining is in order. Lets not forget that it is the shareholders who sign our paychecks. We have to do everything in our power to increase profits for these fine people.After all,we may be let go after the virus has subsided , but we will leave knowing it was a job well done.

Corporate employees work for a different company. Agreement employees are under so much pressure and scrutiny!! Constantly being harassed and threatened!! Been there 20 years and it has never been worse than it is today!!
