Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Covid-19 All Hands

Anyone else feel like these weekly Covid-19 All Hands from leadership mirror the daily WH "Press Briefings"? All propaganda and failure to really answer the questions around layoffs and general direction.

There's no real sense of comfort to the employees, but all we're being told is how happy the clients are and how responsive we are relative to other vendors.

That's a lot of tweets. Well, now we know what Pete does most of the day.

Today's s__show had a question asking if the leader running the call if they watched Tiger King (or something along those lines).

There was also a question asking if the FD resource who was fired from JPM Chase for illegally spying on employees and was hired by FB was still employed by Fiserv. The question was glossed over - as expected.

Yeah the sec filing for potential earning have not been met, and the new executives will cut what they can to meet their shareholder objectives. So layoff's and moves are not finished.

No the layoffs aren't done. We're laying off Jeff and Frank next.

@1jba+14oFFV1N you must be joking. There are many more layoffs to go. We are not even 1/3rd through 2020 yet.

Have the layoffs not been completed this year? Are even more expected?

I agree the weekly meetings are nothing more than propaganda and are only meant to make people in leadership feel like they have something to say...very white-house-esh. The question is when do we run out of cash to continue making payroll? We are not getting a government 'cares' loan because those limit compensation of senior execs among other restrictions.

Wow, the customers are really happy, huh? I'm surprised considering how many customers are chewing off the heads of business units. I'm surprised they don't see the employee's lack of motivation since the approval rating of Fiserv has gone down from 3.4-3.1 on Glasdoor.

1 year old article of BSFCU not happy with the company... How many more are there?

There really can't be any comfort to the employees as there will be accelerated layoffs after quarter end and the revenue number falls short.
