You could start with Resnick Law Group. They handled a recent CD whistleblower case in NJ.

'The plaintiff in Chandler began working for the defendant in July 2015 as the “Vice President, Organizational Development and Learning” in the company’s “Performance Material and Technologies business.” Chandler, complaint at 2. She alleges that the defendant consistently told her that it had hired her because of “a sincere desire to remedy” a pattern of “non diverse appointment of managers to its executive ranks.” Id. at 2-3. Once she began working for the defendant, however, she alleges that the company interfered with her efforts to do her job, including by questioning her qualifications and character. The defendant terminated her employment in December 2016, according to her complaint.'

I'm over 50 and was surprised with a PIP during my 2019 review last month. I'm set to be fired end of April. This after working 10+ years with positive reviews. Even my mid-year was positive. No warnings nothing that would hint that a PIP may be coming.
All my old managers are gone and a new Manager is implementing my PIP.

Any class action suites I can join?

Lawyers get paid to argue. Proof is not required in a civil case. Ask those asbestos lawyers if they have "proof". Lack of due diligence and a sob story is all a lawyer needs.

I have already contacted a law firm that successfully sued HON and Won on several wrongful firings/layoff's, including the well known "Over 50 class action lawsuit".
HON screwed themselves when March 13th, the US Government requested no groups over 50 people, then on Sunday March 15th, no groups over 10 people. HON put ALL of its employees at Risk on the 16th and 17th, until finally on the 18th, allowing a work from home policy. That was also the same day that there was a confirmed COVID19 case in plant at HON. No hand sanitizers in any of the buildings, continued serving of food in the contaminated cafeteria, no temperature checks, nothing. That other world class companies reacted on Monday the 16th, and that HON did not, will be their downfall. What was HON focused on? NOT the safety of their employees, but these monsters were focused on eliminating the measly employee pay increases, and then as that was not enough, a two week furlough.
Agree, contact an attorney, band together for a class action. The timeline does not lie, nor does their actions. Last thing HON ever wants is to have this in front of a jury of our peers! Make no doubt, this would take years, but everyone will remember the COVID19 crisis of 2020, and the timeline and action of HON to their employees. The law firm I contacted, has already been contacted by other HON employees. They will tell you, to wait until after the COVID19 crisis is over, and any HON response. The Attorney I spoke to, and was responsible for two significant HON multi-million dollar settlements, stated that HON's only way to mitigate their wrongful actions, is to offer a decent severance package, and then have a "No Fault for the COVID 19" clause in the separation paperwork. HON is too cheap to offer a severance package, that is the logical thing to do, hence they will never do it.

One news article about a personal injury lawyer filing a lawsuit against Walmart means nothing. As a previous post stated, it would be impossible to determine and prove where the person was infected.

Do you not realize that HI pays their legal dept more than the “employees”? Kind of messed up if you think of it.

Reason why companies don't really care it's nearly impossible to prove the origin of the contagion since it's so rampant and so infectious. Why do you think this company didn't sound the alarm even after a suspected infected person was discovered and no one was given official notice back in February.
