Hope none of you feel respected...cause you shouldn’t! Leaving Mondelez was the single best thing that I did for myself! The grass is most definitely greener on the other side!! Try it out....

Are you kidding me??? Sales reps would be let go because they make more money than merchandisers, and they also have a company car, adding to the cost of their employment. They also do a way better job of merchandising, etc, than merchandisers. None of this will matter when the company starts transitioning to warehouse. The company will need some employees until the end. Makes sense sales reps would be the first to go, then the order writing merchandisers can attempt to hold the fort down until the very end. It's clearly obvious DSD is going to end. The only question is when...

I work for MDLZ but not in the U.s. Canada eliminated DSD several years ago. I was hoping this site would be more than just Sales c-ap.
If you currently work for Mondelez....you know what’s coming.,..if you care! Lots of denial! Kroger has the elimination of DSD in their playbook. Less than an aisle left, they are taking back the business and the profits! Seen all kinds of options out there for help!

Yeah, little to no communication from senior leaders! You’d think they would be kissing our butts, but NO! So unappreciative of the front line workers! None of this surprises me!! Exactly par for the course! Management separates themselves.....unlike other organizations who takes care of their people
Mondelez management just s—s! Starts at the top and filters down! My merchandiser called the state today, order were to “take care of your employees” yet not a single thing has been supplied to make them safe! We see all kinds of vendors out there whose management supplied them with necessary equipment.....! My DM hasn’t stepped out of his house since the whole corona thing started! Nice job! Not surprising though, he’s a drunk!
