Communicate the plan? You have seen the plan. Salary expense levels are predicated on revenue. Revenue up, you’re good, revenue down, well, I think even the regulars here will know what that means. Sorry about your stress levels, but you are making worse on yourself by coming here for info and leaving your career in the hands of others.
