We just got told that management and a certain msl are getting angry over having to find a palm to ring out the closers at 9:30. So now the closers are no longer aloud to purchase anything after 8pm or else, the big word accountability! They said that’s why we have early shopping hours And we’re able to purchase on our lunches and breaks. If we want to purchase cold items, they told us to bring a cooler and leave it in our cars lol. Yes cus there’s everything we need on early shopping hours, good idea 👍🏻 Let me throw in that palms are two feet away from the exit door and somehow they “struggle” and find it “aggravating” over ringing out the closing associates. Club 4819 is trash.

You’re right, I noticed the “aloud” afterwards. But as far as the palms In the cage, yes they are in there but there are also some under the club pickup desk. So we’ll meet in the middle and I’ll say 10 ft. Lol, and typically a palm still sitting right at the exit door 95% of the time. If we get out at the same time as our block should be, why not bring a palm up with you when you unlock the door? It’s not like it changes everyday when we leave. We complain when “management” and “msl” take 15 minutes for them to come up and open the door when we are scheduled off, should we make a new rule for them as well?If getting a palm is an issue, associates need to be reevaluated on wether or not they are fit for this minimal work duty but that’s besides the point. They are trying to implement this new rule which is a clear sign of laziness. @xrn+14qdPnR6 😘

LoL first of all its Allowed not aloud.. 2nd that’s a lie cuz the 3-11pm people always buy stuff at the end of their shift with no problem. 3rd the palms are about 20 feet from the door in the cage not 2 feet, but that’s besides the point.
