Screening

Do you feel safer because of the screenings? Of course not. The biggest threat to us is the members that no one will control for us. Not the government, not the company. It's a free for all. Today, a member's most essential need was a trampoline. I can't make this up. Publicizing two weeks pay if you are told by the government or Walmart to quarantine is LAUHGABLE!!! It makes it look like they are doing the right thing, with zero risk. Hold your breath if you think this will ever happen!! It's the same with the screenings for workers— it looks like they are doing something, and the worker receives ZERO protection from members. Just come on in and roll the dice. $300 before taxes is the right thing?? Plus ZERO protection from, or zero control of members?? This company comes in DEAD LAST, pun intended, in doing the right thing.

Why aren’t all clubs being screened in the same places?

I don’t know what you alls clubs are doing but it doesn’t sound right at all. We come in the door to the tire shop at our club and clock in on the computer and the associates screening are set up there. If we were to have to be sent home we would go back out that door and not have to walk through the store. You alls clubs need to get their act together.

In our club we are coming in through the receiving door then walking through the club to the breakroom to clock in then walking to the front end to get screened. You've already exposed yourself or been exposed to others before getting checked. It's a waste of time since they won't do it right.

They should be limiting the amount of members in the building (50 at a time) and if you don't have a mask on you don't get to come in to shop.

Call for LOA if you don’t feel safe. You’ll get approved for it.

How about having to have a runner and a cashier stuck side by side.

Every break or lunch I'm paired with a new person, some of these people come from merchandising or another area of the store.

Six feet separation my arse. Lousy, dirty, no good company.

So you enter the store unmasked, walk through the store saying hi to whomever you know, and then clock-in before going from there to where the screening is to be given by masked management personnel. - and you then don't need a mask if you are running a temperature or answer yes to one of the questions because you are clocking-out to go home? What is wrong with this picture from point A to point Z?
