I have a compromised immune system from a previous condition.
I am allowed to not have to do that if.i have a doctors note?

That's why you get paid the big bucks. You as a manager would make some floor person do it without thinking twice about it if you weren't told you had to do it!!! So s— it up wear your mask & gloves you'll be fine.
HR = Workday = No help.
Since this a requirement of your position you will need to apply for an accommodation.
Or when it is your turn/time to man the station just delegate it to someone else.
Reach out to HR pr your supervisor and ask.
