Why doesn't Sam's Club and Walmart require all members/customers to wear a face mask and gloves to enter the Club/stores? That way we the Associates would be safer.

In Hawaii, essential workers( retail workers) and customers entering a retail store must wear a mask. This excludes banks for obvious reasons.
Some members still act like spoiled brats. There's no way we can change gloves between each member who comes to the register. We'd be out of gloves in a few hours. I'm wearing gloves to protect myself, not the member. They can go to self check or use their phone, if they don't want me touching their groceries. We're not all in this together.
Are there any Clubs that just sell essential items? If so, do you have the club roped off?
Our store in southern California all associates and members must wear a face mask. We turn members away at the door of they are not wearing one and our cashiers will not ring your items up if you don't have it on at check out.
GOD FORBID That they inconvenience a Member! They pay to come in and put us at risk and Abuse us
