Ford does not care who they get rid of. If your division is Motorcraft Parts and not making the margin your job is cut. They hired a company Marketsource. The program director has no idea what he is doing. Marketsource lay offs and fire you. Most of the employees working at Dearborn are not Ford employees. Marketsource has to one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.
