Furloughed (some on voluntary basis) thinking 'im helping the company' yet still get layoff. Are employees taken advantage by HoN?

You may be new here...Bit it's simple Find another source of income. Take anything you can find. There is ZERO benefit in waiting any longer. Any delay will only be at the expense of you and your family. TAKE ACTION!!
Look elsewhere for a job. Aero's been struggling for a while and that side of Honeywell's been struggling w/Boeing. Been working on early retirement. The only thing keeping me from it is health insurance. When that gets to a point that it's not worth it, I'm gone...if I don't get RIFd first. Honeywell has treated their employees like garbage for years and due to that, don't have any loyalty from them. Go with a growing company with more emphasis on military or something that doesn't flop during hard times, like farming.
