It's a senior leader in services. Last day is end of this month. Steve bringing in his Vista contacts to run things. Just like he gave Ron and Adam the boot and replacing them with Vista folks.

If you think this then you've luckily never had to experience being promoted and had the promotion increase go towards your bonus that was never paid out because the company didn't hit their left 30% growth goals. What an honor to be promoted for pennies per paycheck increase. Also, this isn't iCIMS anymore. It's Vista.

Not every company gives you a 4% raise every year Just because you work there and didn’t go on a performance plan. If they are trying to cut costs they could stop this.

I'm sure it's the option to have stocks that will have a long vested period. It's an attempt to try to make everyone feel better about the fact they will most likely no longer do the performance review annual raises.

Didn’t know they hired some of last years interns to start when the building opens up, while laying off people that have been with the company for some time. They should have let the interns go instead! She said Some said peeps were let go because they didn’t have the tools and knowledge to meet future demands... but somehow the interns do?!

Not yet. It's this week. I'm sure it will just be talking points for how the managers can tell the staff about how this was a good thing. The latest buzz was how this was simplifying the org chart. iCIMS will be more successful now (hooray for Steve getting rich! like we f*cking care) They think everyone can easily be brainwashed into feeling okay about how they handled this and that after a few weeks it would all blow over.
