Any other furloughed employees getting stalked by HR on LinkedIn? Several named and name blocked HR people from this company showed up in my list of profile views.
What on earth are they spying for? Checking to see who has turned on career interest? Does HR not have ENOUGH to do preparing to get rid of tons of us and keeping track of furloughs?

They probably want to friend you on LI to beef up their own connection numbers. See if you have any contacts that can help them get out. Ha ha

Oh wait, you said furloughed, not riffed. Yeah, that's exactly what they're doing...seeing who has feelers out for another job.
Maybe they would try to withhold your last paycheck, threaten a lawsuit, or try to shut down your LinkedIn account if they feel that a "riffee" is bashing the company?
If Honeywell and other companies were smart, they would outsource all HR activities. An HR department that would be holding a set of scales with a blindfold on and be unbiased/fair. To give these current HR mo–ns the power and authority they have is ludicrous, especially when all they are, are puppets and brown nosers to leadership. HR doesn’t know the difference between a turbine engine and a paper clip, yet they “run” the company!
I'm not surprised at all, after that little intimidation act they pulled at Sky Harbor SCAS a few years ago after rumblings of a union started. They brought in operatives from Morristown to try to squash it, and it worked. I got out a while ago, but, all of you Honeywell people should know, it is illegal to try and stop workers from forming a union, no one at Honeywell is going to look after your well being, you have to do it for each other.
