Huh? If I had a dime for every time Jr. said this I'd bee retired years ago.
Maybe they should get their backs up against the wall at the next launch.

Bill JR. and the rest of Family are the worst thing that has happened to Ford Motor Company Employees. They should hire competent leaders who really care about the company and the employees. They use Ford company as a cash cow and its employees as political tools. The only way for Ford Motor Company to succeed now is to go bankrupt and Ford family loosed all class B shares.

What does it say about the Chairman and his family that the company they oversee goes through cycle after cycle of having its back against the wall? And if that’s the case, why are you sitting idly by while the guy who got you here is still allowed to make decisions that will impact the company for decades? Wake up!

The only thing senior leadership and ownership have their backs against is a chaise lounge on the deck of the Titanic. But they do a good job moving that furniture around; hell it will eventually move itself when the stern goes vertical. But we'll pull ourselves up by our boot straps, blah blah blah insert tired platitude. Henry Ford 1, Henry Ford 2, and even WCF Sr are spinning in their graves. All self inflicted grief made possible by the worst leadership in the last 20 years.
