This company is out of there minds. We continue to get visits by the Market Mgr. And he picks everything apart. Not to mention he still is pushing credits and plus.

They should not be touring. Bunch of id–ts
Air out the names of your market and regional managers that are still touring going from town to town and in and out of hot spots for the virus. They deserve to be exposed as part of the problem and not keeping associates safe.
Right before all of this hoopla of having to wear mask and gloves, MM mgr and Pharmacy MM came for surprise visit.. Learned later, after he had been in the store, the Pharmacy MM had pneumonia and was told by his boss if he didn’t come, he’d be fired.
So go to him and tell him his behavior is inappropriate. He's just a person like any other person and you have the right to speak up to him.
We have "virtual tours" coming up. What a joke. If this pandemic has shed any light on which positions are irrelevant its the market managers and some other positions above. They are trying to send out a million emails a day and set up upcoming appointments with us to try and look relevant. They know that this shut down is shining light on how little their position adds to this company. Optical and pharmacy market managers specifically. They are a waste on payroll. Stop trying to be important...you're not. And it must be nice to virtually tour with us from your home while we are in the trenches. This company disgusts me. Not even any hazard pay.

MM's and RM's drank the corporate Kool-Aid and are mostly a waste of DNA.
It's sad, but what's the point? The shock is over. People are getting credit and buying pluses at our store.
Florida is opening beaches, Ohio is opening businesses, only difference is we will be mandated to wear mask.
At least we won't have to fake smile at the members or anyone else ever again.
