Does anybody know if it true that Maintenance associate are not intitle of a block schedule , when all of this started we got to choose days off and shifts, then all of a sudden we are the only associate denied this !why? And if not ,can anyone give me a number on where to call and asked, i think supervisor are doing wrong if they are lying to us !

The maintenance department is a specialty. They Do Not get a block schedule.
I think when the block schedules were created we got those choices. Now when management fills those positions it is for a specific shift making it so they don't have to do what's called in non Walmart industry, a shift bid, which causes more work for managers. I have 11 years of service and going to run into this when my coworker gets promoted and I want different days off.. it's really up to your manager, I just hope my attitude of "make your manager get promoted because you can take their position" pays off. Even though that's the last thing I want
