When will our government require businesses to operate under the 7 Nolan Principals. The majority of the workers fired are woman over 50 and under paid during their employment. UNETHICAL firing and this company needs to be investigated for fraud to elderly customers and employees.

I was a 7 year employee and I have tried to email the company asking how they determined who got let go and who did not. I keep getting jerked around. My email keeps getting kicked back to saying they don't handle to contact another email address which tells me the same. The TM was not able to answer my question when asked and I don't think it's unreasonable to ask how they did this. Any suggestions?
Just a heads up, while checking my credit card statement I realized I’ve been charged for a WW online subscription for $21.76 on May 3. When I called customer service they told me that my staff membership had been terminated so since I hadn’t weighed in I was charged for the month of May. I was charged 11 days before I was actually fired! I know the termination script said that we would be entitled to free membership for life but since I am a lifetime member at goal I should not have been charged to begin with. Talk about adding insult to injury!

Yes, we thought we where family too. That's what we where told, until we got UNETHICALLY treated on 5/14/20 from our family. 4000 of us helped you through Covid-19 on those virtual workshops! Imagine all those doctors and nurses getting fired in a 4 min Zoom call. Imagi6 your not even allowed to say goodbye to the members who we loved and helped for decades. Imagine your trying to figure out what you did wrong.. Artificial intelligence is k–ling WW/Weight Watchers, Oprah and Mindy Grossman. Not your loyal employees who got the Axe..
My ww group is family to me. We love and support each other every week and keep in touch often. I attended weekly virtual meetings because I believed that was the safest way to continue at this time. They are nothing like our regular meetings. I cannot believe what I have just read. Shame on you. Words cannot express my anger and outrage. Where is your commitment to your employees and to the members they guide and help? If you think this will not affect your business think again. This is a sad day for ww.
