So today is the day UP was supposed to decide if they were going to reopen Denver, NLR Jenks, and/or Desoto shops? Any word on what was decided?

Just a guess here but Vegas oddsmakers probably would put it at 4-8 months before these m0r0ns actually start looking at reversing the disaster they’ve created by closing these facilities and laying off these employees recently, and try to figure out the best way to place the blame on anyone or anything other then themselves.

I heard they brought all those people back and offered them backpay......company said they felt bad. We work for a great company that cares about us
All three on their mandatory week off something that wasn’t supposed to actually go down but not surprising at all, they aren’t worried about when they open jenks backup they are still getting paid while others sit at home drawing unemployment for more then what they’d usually make so I think the workers are enjoying the paid time off
You’d get a better prediction of what location will open from Punxsutawney Phil then to rely on the glass palace to make an educated decision that would actually benefit the company long term.

The three top "Heads" of Jenks are all three on their unpaid week off. Kinda hard to be in a meeting when you're supposed to be off work and not working.....

Rumor was it was likely going to be mid week for NLR not exactly on the 18th and that’s depending on “traffic”, but tentatively the rumblings are probably not until end of August for NLR to possibly reopen. But that’s just one of many rumors out there.
