Quotas to be reinstated next month for numerous channels . I appreciate the last three months. However, I hope they are going to be reasonable.

Verizon will not reinstate retail quotas or put a quota on anyone in a temporary assignment from retail. Can you imagine the outcry if people who got telesales are allowed to multiply people who work in stores are giving unattainable quote was because everything is touchless and those in care have no ability to make quota. Anticipate no retail quota till at least September.
B2b shouldn’t have an IA anyway. Just pick up the phone and dial. Earn your keep now
I am in B2B and we were notified that there will not be IA moving forward.
This isn’t true. The only team that has a sales quota and will during phase 3 is tele sales.
Quota’s are not projected to come back until August 1st and even then I question how the company will come up with one. Verizon is already saying that when retail is fully back up and running traffic will be down over 50% for months to come. I say just nix commission and go to a premium hourly package with a possible monthly bonus.
I work in a retail store and I received an email this morning stating for the month of June I would be guaranteed my Incentive Allowance in addition to being paid my 40 hours and extra 30% for hours worked in the store. So I don't think for retail stores they will be setting quota just yet.
