I wonder if Big Orange (Fiserv) did their due diligence on Big Blue (First Data). Surley the would have seen this at some point. Looks like Frank pulled a fast one on Jeff Yabuki.
Well ... I doubt FB will pay for it. He didn’t pay the $10 mil settlement to JP Morgan after he violated his employment contract by poaching their executives And bringing them to First Data. The company did. The employees did.
I wonder where that corporate toady went?
