15% overall might be right but some groups are higher and I would guess some are lower. My coworkers in the US and Canada was about 25%.
I'm guessing that work will come down to us.

The 15% only affects US and Canada!
15% for Aero sounds about right. For instance, in our department of 20 we had 3 people affected by the RIF. Unfortunately, they rejected another 15% of us that had applied as well. Hopefully next round I can get away from this company for good.
At a glance it looks like at 15% workforce cut for Aero.
Enough to make a dent.
