Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Mental health

How does one navigate the effect these 'efficiencies' to departments takes on mental wellbeing?
It's becoming more and more difficult to find any motivation to care about Fiserv, about anything. I'm OFD and accepted I'm a number on a spreadsheet, even if I do a good job, I could get culled in the next round.

Most of my team are gone, I feel like everyday I'm gonna wake up to a call or an email that I've been given notice. I've lost all joy and probably need help to be honest. Any have any advice in terms of keeping motivation going? :/

I myself, have a mental health issue. What I did was choose to leave Fiserv. Everyone has a choice to make their lives better; I know that there are better positions and companies out there that still value their employees like Fiserv once did.

Don't live to work. Work to live. And polish your resume so you can use it to get a better job. I did that, and every day I am very glad I did.
