There is a New Position that’s out. Membership Leads did you apply for it. If not go for it. I heard the starting pay is $25 an hour. Let’s talk is this true????

I'm the membership lead and haven't worked M-F 8-4:30 in over a year. I am scheduled 3-10-6:30 and 2- 9-5:30. Work one day out of every weekend. My manager says it makes no sense for us to work 8-4:30.
The hours will be whenever they need you to be there...such as weekends to push PLUS and Credit and special events in the club.
I want it! My club manager hasn’t given me any word that our marketing team is changing though so maybe this is still only at certain clubs.
Is it still week days 8 to 4:30?
You can’t have two people in marketing. One has to leave or go to another position. The new position will then be open to anyone that wants to apply.
It is a salary position. Huge goals and you only bonus if you make your goals, you do not get a club bonus.
