I don't expect anything concrete to come from MW or other C-level executives. The hard news - the real consequential stuff - will be relegated to first and second-line management. In my facility, division management is working out new org charts and the bulk of the work force, PSG's 23 and below, will be crammed in during the last few weeks of the re-org. I don't expect anything substantive until August at the earliest and only from supervisors I see daily. The C-Level execs keep it vague on bad news and only get into specifics when the messages are easy to deliver.
Perhaps more trivia results?
We can only hope they wipe out the dead weight HES organization. Maybe that will save some of the good people. What a bunch of babies.
It is the start of the hunger games, but don’t expect all the details. They will finally admit there are head count targets (and it is bad, 25% plus) and discuss the next level of reorg structure (a bit more granular to unit level, but no seating charts yet for the minions). Full org plan will not be in place until end July, at which point the music with play for the grade 25-27 circle jerk. Only then will the music start for the sheep to be led to the meat grinder.
