Of course no layoffs in Manila. They are going to move everything to the Philippines and take it away from the US. Just like robbing Peter to pay Paul. Such a dirty company. Big daddy Neil doesn't care about no one but himself.

Something is up...that's alot of coders...must've been multiple locations? And its not a furlough? I know charges are down but that should be picking up very soon. It seems like they are just going to either outsource everything or just get rid of this part of the business.
