How did you know you were on the bench since 4/1?
Having customer in hand with signed contract, expecting delivery and install, with platinum support, and still thrown to the curb.
The customer deserves to (anonymously of course) know right away the extent of the damage to their support contract.
When they ask for knowledge transfer to some low-cost employee, tell them nothing, or, if that is not possible tell them lies and/or stonewall them any way possible.
