It was announced that new job families will be created in the technology arm of Schwab, effective June 1. This a prelude to massive layoffs.

Correction, the titles are actually:
- Needful I
- Needful II
- Needful III
- Needful IV
- Needful Senior
The new titles are really interesting in STS:
- Needy
- Needful
- Doubtful
It's a new way to bestow doubt, so that the needful can be full filled.
I have a doubt. Please do the needful and correct doubt. You will be doing a service, of fulfilling the needy. Please comply. With due respect, etcetera, etcetera, and so forth, and so on. Just fulfill the needful. Please.
It is being advertised as a way to align with the rest of “industry”.
I’m curious if this is just a move to align STS with the rest of Schwab.
