HCE - the Atlanta , GA USA, site was hit with layoffs last week rumor was 20%. Some people on furlough this week. Last day for those laid off today, Friday, May 22nd. Rumor is to expect more layoff when back from furlough after memorial day.
I dont think anyone is claiming HW is done with RIFs and cuts all over...
I was just forwarding the info that my manager delivered this morning.
"Urbana RIFs are completed as of EOD Wednesday"
That is until upper management deems another round necessary.
There are sites with NO non-volunteers- so how is this done for now?

If the numbers don't pan out in q3 there will be more RIFs, same with q4. Dairyass will stop at nothing to keep the stock price as high as it can be for as long as possible, even at the expense of the company itself. He will take his $100million golden parachute and move to another company to repeat the process.
My Manager in Urbana told our group this morning that yesterday was the last day for our site.
No comments from leadership - nobody knows what is going on

Why are they dragging this on? Is there a date when involuntarily will be completed?
When it is said 10-15% in aero is that all of aero, or per site? Is it OEM or R&O?
We know more are coming Q3 and Q4
