Honeywell manages out of fear and the best thing to do is just quit. They dont deserve your effort and you dont deserve them.
Hey folks.....get this, HW leaders do not even like HW. Madden and Pilz hosted a leadership meeting just a few years ago and they had a 3rd party come in and talk about how the leaders needed to act like it was a startup business. They did a survey of all the VPs and Sr Directors and asked them how many of them would recommend Honeywell to family or friends. 90%+ said they would NOT recommend Honeywell......what does that tell you? Madsen has promoted all the young leaders that have no backbone and follow his every word. If you ever attend a meeting, there is one voice in the room and the rest are like school children taking orders from the teacher. It’s amazing! Madison should go act COSTCO what they would do when customers come in asking for toilet paper, but they don’t have any (aka past due)....of course you sell them shop towels from the automotive section. Still meet your revenue and be hailed the hero and get promoted. Customers start going elsewhere for their products.....the same will catch up with HW. You can only go so far when leaders can not truly address PD and poor OTTR....this kinda of exposes the culture of all decisions being made at the top. Next step will be to change out his leadership team and blame them for not addressing.

This should be happening more.The government should not be loaning money to companies like Honeywell who then force workers on to welfare and unemployment insurance at the expense of the Government. DA and his cronies make enough in salary.
The money they took in bonus and stock options (just check the FCC filing) were more than enough to keep the company and employees going through any hard times. I hope anyone who buys Honeywell stock realizes how there money is being used and how it is taken off the backs of the workers. This is a bad company with even worse leaders.
Honeywell execs have no shame. They'd sell their kids for a penny.
