There will be no more layoffs for NOV. Restructuring is complete and new management has been set. New policies will be coming out in the next few weeks.

Oh, sorry, forgot to include HR, those which actually perform the layoffs, since they’ve done their jobs and are now redundant as well.

I have seen Tuboscope on this site a lot lately. What happened to this company? Is it new management? I know they used to be extremely top heavy. Don’t know how their management is set up now.

When the announcement of stopping the dividends was made, management said, “ Thus, we feel that it is prudent to preserve the $77 million per year of cashflow from the dividend while we navigate through present market challenges, reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and position the Company for the eventual market recovery." Does that sound like no more layoffs. $77 million hardly covers management’s bonuses and raises.
What a crock! We have lay-offs in my group next week and week after. Sounds likes someone needs a random! HAHAHA!

Nov Tuboscope is just laying of minorities.. so if your white you don't have nothing to worry about. A good example is Sheldon Rd.

Surprisingly, NOV cares its reputation now??? But it is too late. If NOV has chances to recruit again, I suggestion HR post job ads into Huntsville prison. We believe inmates are willing to come to work for this company

HR should probably be the first department to be reduced, right next to corporate acquisitions.
