Bumpy is a f—ing understatement. It is going to be a sh–show and JY is getting out already. He probably initially figured on hanging around for 2-3 more years but realizes the mistake he made so now he's bailing. JY = Faust FB = Mephistopheles

Move the stock into something better if you own Fiserv, currently. It is currently the largest fin-tech, but it wont take long for a better competitor to come into the market and crush it. I'd give it about 5 years, and Fiserv will be a shell.
