Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Who else is dreading having to return to the office?

I have an extra two hours each day since I don't have to commute one hour each way to the office - and it makes so much difference! My day has improved significantly, despite everything that's been going on around us. And I don't think I've ever been this productive, in all honesty.

Returning to the office after this will be a nightmare. But I know that with this leadership, switching to WFH permanently is a pipe dream.

I'm not looking forward to the drive to Alpharetta. I believe states provide some assistance to companies that ket their people telecommute. Either way I am getting out as fast as I can.

I will be WFH for the foreseeable future, because I'm giving 2 weeks notice to Fiserv today.

They're only getting the required turnover, and nothing more. The esoteric tribal knowledge leaves with me.

It’s a horse race for the weakest leadership team, epay or FTS. Those are not 2 divisions to have with a shaky direction. Once the institutional investors figure this out, turn out the lights

Insecurity coupled with the need to micromanage. Lots of senior leaders WAY over their heads intimidated by people with talent. Kind of fun to watch it crash at this point

Wfh is the way forward, most large banks and small firms allow wfh as it just makes sense.. I don't know why fiserv don't get with the times. Productivity is up at home, more time to focus, open offices are a nightmare in terms of the lack of focus because of noise levels/illness/micromanagement

Knowing what I know now I would have bailed from OFD years ago. Glad they let me go and I found a way better job.

If being horrible people is special, yes they are very special

I’m going to guess Tom, bedazzled Drew and Jason aren’t moving to offices anytime soon

The issue with the alpharetta office is there are 600 other companies headquartered in alpharetta that pay better than Fiserv. We can always leave Fuserv for greener pastures

Is this stock even investable? If this site truly indicates associate morale, leadership should react very quickly in a positive manner

Expect your in office productivity to be measured against your WFH output. Which means even longer hours in the office while the big boys drive their boats around the waters of Florida and surf from their beach houses
